When Penelope felt the need to lose a a few Kgs, she turned on to NutriFit, which gives Nutritious and planned food to diet conscious celebrities. High saturated fats containing food, like butter were  banned from her diet.

 

  • She was given free to eat chocolate and drink alcohol.
  • Her diet was mainly of 50% healthy carbohydrates, 25% lean protein and 25% healthy fats.

Breakfast:

 

  • Wheat pancakes, and
  • Mixed eggs and onions, cooked with olive oil.
