Calling attention to all the Beer drinkers!!! IF you are addicted to drinking beer and getting tensed then you have something to cheer about if a recent internationally proven report is to be believed: The consumption of beer in moderate quantities (that means 1 to 2 glasses only!!) could reduce the risk of heart disease.
This finding is based on a meta-analysis of several different studies conducted worldwide from over 200,000 people’s drinking habits, conducted by a group of experts in Italy. It showed that consumption of beer in moderate quantity decreases drinkers’ risk of heart almost by 31 %, just as much as moderate consumption of wine.
Thus drinking beer is good for your heart, go on drinking!! , but only in medium quantity. As we all know everything in excess is harmful.
