BREAKFAST:

 

  • 5 Eggs whole
  • 3-4 egg omelet
  • 1 cup sliced mushroom
  • 1 small handful of spinach
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions

AFTERNOON SNACKS:

  • Weight gainer shake that includes:
  1. 500 ML low fat milk
  2. 1 scoop (100gms) protein powder
  3. 1-2 bananas
  4. 1-2 serving icecream
  5. 1-2 serving chocolate
  6. 1tbls honey

Ingredients Healthy Food

LUNCH:

  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 4 pieces chicken leg chest-roasted
  • normal chapattis and add-ons of your choice
  • Dressed salad-including green veg
  • Few slices of lettuce leaves.

EVENING SNACK:

  • Grilled tomato and ham cheese sandwich
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 slice ham
  • 1-2 slice whole wheat bread

 

DINNER:

 

  • 4-5 pieces of red meat
  • 1 serving mushroom
  • Dressed salad
  • 1 tbls olive oil and vinegar

LATE NIGHT SNACK:

 

  • 1 Glass milk
  • 6-10 almonds with honey
